Return & Refund Policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to return

1. Email us at info@vel-vo.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Send the item back using a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong item, email info@vel-vo.com within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Sale items

Sale items are eligible for store credit only, not cash refunds, unless the item is faulty.
